Music enjoyment in church and cellar
September 1, 2022, 6:00 - 10:00 pm
Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the small village of Förthof on the Danube, nestled between the Danube river and vineyards, with wine and appetizers and listen to wonderful music. Because music and wine together make a fantastic symphony, the first tasting of our single-vineyard wines takes place in this melodious atmosphere.
Folk musician Norbert Hauer takes you on a musical tour of the Förthof chapel, where you can admire a wooden pulpit in the style of the late Renaissance. Directly in the chapel, which dates to the 13th century, a concert by toy piano virtuoso Isabel Ettenauer then takes place. She plays modern compositions and classical pieces on her tiny piano.
To round off the evening, winemaker Annika Hoffmann will treat you to five different wines and tell stories about the vineyard and cellar. Norbert Hauer will again provide the perfect setting with classical folk music.
